Intelligent-Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Intelligent-Motion HI2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Intelligent-Motion HI2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HI2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HI2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Issc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johannes-Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jlem product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Issc such as the D16090974C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ROD1424002900K1 manufactured by Johannes-Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Johannes-Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE1504T02 by Manufacturer Jlem as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jlem Brand PE406T01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson such as 2726459 equipment made by Johnson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EX820048F made by Juniper as well as the popular LCD7 original spares produced by Jetter
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PZ1683 by Interface and 2726459 spares by Johnson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPC1500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Juniper.
